The Center for Early Childhood Trauma and Resilience is a project that promotes socially vulnerable children with an inclusive care system. This is a pilot project that promotes, supports, and upgrades the potential of the Child Development Centers under the Local Government Organizations to have the capacity to take care and encourage the development of children and youth with special needs on learning aspect. The inclusive care system consists of 2 main activities. First, it is a pilot activity that brings the socially vulnerable children came to stay under the supervision of Child Development Centers under the Local Government Organizations and cooperate with the Department of Children and Youth and the National Institute for Child and Family Development, Mahidol University. The second activity is the activity that builds the potential of Child Development Centers under Local Government Organizations to take care of and upgrade the development of children who are socially vulnerable with an inclusive care system.
