The National Institute for Child and Family Development, Mahidol University, the Office of Social Development, Bangkok, the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), and the Equitable Education Fund (EEF) held a press conference on the project to monitor and rehabilitate the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on children in difficult situations and Bangkok's policy on Friday, January 27, 2023, at the Maruay Garden Hotel in Bangkok. This project aims to develop a system for locating, screening and assisting early childhood children, alleviating the suffering caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, and preventing its adverse effects on children's health, development, learning potential, and long-term behaviour.
